Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast, an elegant Virginia Beach landmark, is centrally located to Virginia Beach Resort, 3 blocks to the Ocean and short drive to Norfolk. The charming beach cottage, circa 1937, has been transformed into a mini spa resort.  Majestic porches, butterfly bushes and a cascading waterfall  welcome guests into the enchanting retreat.  Historical post cards decorate the Inn.  Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast is a great alternative to hotel accommodations and perfect for a romantic getaway.  Book your wedding party or anniversary enlightenment.

All 8 beautifully appointed rooms feature private bathrooms which may include hydro body massage, steamer,  rainfall shower, Travertine tile or  jetted tub.  HDTV, cable, internet hookups, WiFi are throughout, accommodating the business traveler and vacationer alike.  A 3rd floor spa tower awakens your senses to a warm ocean sunrise and the year round heated outdoor spa pool rejuvenates your spirit  

Start off the day with a delicious breakfast and relaxing massage or keep up with the locals walking on the beach and riding bikes.  The boardwalk, Convention Center, historical Lifeguard Station Museum, Contemporary Art Center of Virginia, 24th Street Performing Arts stage and many other attractions are within walking distance (3 to 6 blocks).  Many vacationers like to travel to historical Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown for the day.

Policies & Procedures
For your health & ours, the Beach Spa is a non-smoking facility.  For anyone breaking this policy, a $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
Sorry, no pets permitted.
Two-night stay required on weekends; three nights on holidays.  NOTE:  Parking is limited.  One car per room.  Overflow paid parking available.
Breakfast prepared daily in our residential kitchen.
Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.; check-out is 11 a.m.
Massages require 48 hours or more to schedule.  Cancellation of massage less than 48 hours are fully charged.
Cancellations:  Guest is responsible for 50% of all charges if reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, payment is received upon arrival.  If cancellation occurs or your stay is shortened, Beach Spa BNB will refund a 50% charge if the room is rebooked.  A service charge of $25.00 will be applied upon cancellation.  NO shows are charged 100%.
A credit card is required upon check-in for any incidentals.
Due to last minute cancellations and our need to maximize capacity, Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to move double occupancy room reservations to accomodate more guests.  If we move you to a different room for this purpose, we will extend a 10% discount off the room rate
