The Berryville Inn offers warm hospitality, unique artisan furnishings, non-fussy 1910 era gracious spaces, sumptuous multi-course breakfasts and luxurious guest comfort. We're located in the Historic District of a Va. Mainstreet town on a large, landscaped lot full of unique gardens, porches and grounds for our guests. Berryville provides a great vacation experience located just 60 miles west of Wash, D.C.via 4 lane highways, centrally located within a hunt country landscape on the western rural edge of Loudoun County, near the eastern panhandle of West Virginia and the northern mouth of the fabled Shenandoah Valley.

As we are nestled among the historic towns of Middleburg, Leesburg, Upperville, Winchester, Harpers Ferry, etc., consider mixing your relaxation time with a myriad of local events such as wine tastings, 5* restaurants, equestrian shows, ghost walks, gallery exhibits and concerts,auto and horse racing and casinos, world class golf, Civil War landmarks, antiquing and shopping, cave spelunking, biking, horseback riding, and river raftings. The Berryville Inn is of 1910 Colonial Revival era,  a well proportioned gracious home, faced by a large, columned front porch of vintage rattan furnishings for your comfort in watching the world go by (while perhaps sipping a Black Cow or Mimosa); three spacious 10 foot ceiling guest rooms; two floors of century old heart pine flooring; outdoor dining spots surrounded by gardens, nooks for intimate conversations & day dreaming; a gazebo for relaxing and checking out the variety of birds and active wildlife. The generous library and dining rooms provide for your 24/7 relaxation, sharing travel stories with fellow guests, Wifi, enjoying books & games from the comfortable library with crackling fireplace.
Our earth-friendly B&B uses many green practices, i.e. the fragrance-free laundry care of our luxury, high thread count sheets that conceal our high quality plush mattresses, feather beds and eider-down duvets. Exceptional guest amenities include plush spa robes and slippers, extra pillows, early am coffee/tea and ice water in guest rooms,etc. Local organic produce, supplemented by the Inn's fruits and herbs, is used in season; recycling and composting are Inn practices, and organic toiletries are provided.

The innkeepers, Tom & Janet Keithley, delight in creating multi-course breakfast delights, using local produce & herbs from the Inn, such as our signature grilled Benedict Panini of melted Provolone, Virginia Ham, topped by a jumbo Poached Egg & Hollandaise Sauce; or Berry topped Belgian waffles with real whipped cream. What's breakfast without dessert?

Reservations are guaranteed in advance with first night deposit, charged 10 days prior to your visit to coincide with our cancellation policy; the balance due upon arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover; personal checks will be accepted with adequate time for processing prior to your stay.
