Fig Street Inn is a newly renovated, boutique style bed & breakfast conveniently located on Virginia's Eastern Shore in the historic town of Cape Charles. Enjoy elegant and gracious accommodations with a mix of antique furnishings, contemporary design and modern amenities.
Cape Charles, VA is a quiet, quaint town on the Chesapeake Bay and is the perfect location for a night away or extended vacation. Shops, restaurants, galleries and sandy beach are all within walking distance to the inn. Come by boat, dock at the marina and rent a golf cart to get around town during your stay. Bring your bike and pedal your way along our quiet streets.
Your innkeepers, Donna & Greg, have taken their passion for the hospitality industry to bring these unique accommodations to Cape Charles, and the Eastern Shore. Donna & Greg owned and operated a successful bed & breakfast in Rhode Island for 6 years and have used their expertise to create what they call affordable luxury. The inn has been updated to offer the comforts and conveniences travelers have come to expect.
Enjoy a 2-night stay at Fig Street Inn. On your first morning you'll take a one hour morning sail to watch the sun rise over the Atlantic Ocean. Come back to Fig Street Inn for breakfast and then go ahead and enjoy your day in Cape Charles. Then board the S/V StewardShip 2 hours before sunset to watch the sun set on the Chesapeake Bay. Rates vary based on room selection and day of week. Includes accommodations, sails, and full homemade breakfast each morning. Does not include 10% lodging tax.
Trail Ride for 2 - package rates starting at $210
Package includes a one-night stay and one-hour trail ride for 2 adults at Triple M Ranch in Cape Charles. Riders must be at least 13 years of age. Triple M Ranch is located 1 mile from Fig Street Inn. Rates start at $210 and include accommodations, trail ride, and full homemade breakfast. Rates vary based on room selection and day of week. Does not include 10% lodging tax.
PGA Golf in Cape Charles, VA - package rates starting at $225
Cape Charles offers two signature PGA golf courses at Bay Creek Resort & Club, just over 2 miles from Fig Street Inn. Enjoy a one-night stay and round of golf (for 1). Rates start at $225 based on room selection, day of week, and number of golfers. Additional golfers are $85/round. Does not include 10% lodging tax.
Paddle Your Glass Off Kayak Tour - package rates starting at $310
Spend your day on the Chesapeake Bay with Southeast Expeditions for their "Paddle Your Glass Off" kayak trip. You'll paddle to Chatham Vineyards for a wine tasting and then paddle your way back to Cape Charles. Paddling gear and instruction and provided. Package includes one-night stay at Fig Street Inn, kayak trip for 2 adults, bottle of Chatham Vineyards wine per couple, and full homemade breakfast. Rates vary based on room selection and day of week. Does not include 10% lodging tax.

The Boston Harbor Suite has 2 pullout, twin size sofabeds to accommodate a 3rd & 4th person. There is an additional charge of $35/night/person. All other rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2 people.
Well behaved children under 12 are welcome at the innkeeper's discretion, by prior arrangement.
Friday one-night stays May through October are available in select rooms. Saturday one-night stays may be available based on how other reservations have been booked. Weekend one-night stays require payment in full and are non-refundable.
Most rooms have a 2-night minimum with check-in Friday or Saturday Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Festivals and holidays may have a 2 to 3 night minimum stay requirement, regardless of season or day of week.
Walk-in, one-night stays are always welcome, depending on availability.
We are required to collect 10% tax (5% VA state tax and 5% Occupancy tax) in addition to the daily rate.
