But best of all, guests can relax in one of our five gracious bedrooms.  Each of the rooms offers a calming retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life.  For your romantic getaway stay in one of our rooms with a fireplace and two-person Jacuzzi tub.  Relax on the patio overlooking the fishpond and park-like backyard OR relax in the outdoor hot tub while gazing at the stars.  You might want to take a troll down the country lane next to the Inn which meanders past pastures, wooded fields and ponds.  Watch for deer and birds in the fields.

Our casual and elegant Charlottesville, Virginia bed and breakfast includes five distinctive guestrooms for your lodging accommodations.  All rooms have private baths, handcrafted queen-size beds built by a local craftsman, hair dryers and irons.  All bed chambers and common rooms are on one floor and offer complete privacy.  This gracious inn is surrounded by park-like grounds that are enjoyed from every room.
Each guest chamber is designed with a unique decor.  Four rooms have relaxing double Jacuzzi whirlpool tubs, separate walk-in showers, fireplaces with remote control, four-post canopy beds, and bay windows.  

We are making a commitment to you to have your room available for your reservation.  We are a small luxury inn with guests that usually reserve well in advance.  If you find that you cannot make your commitment to us we will gladly fully refund your deposit minus a $20 administration fee if you notify us at least 10 days before your planned stay.  If the notification is within 10 days we will try to rebook the room.  If we are successful we will gladly return your entire deposit in the form of a gift certificate for you to use for a future stay.  If the cancellation is less than 48 hours before the reservation date you are responsible for the entire reservation unless we can rebook the room.  If we rebook the room your deposit will be returned in to form of a gift certificate.
