High Meadows Vineyard Inn
High Meadows Vineyard Inn is one of Central Virginia's most charming bed and breakfast inns. Our renovated farmhouse with its Pinot Noir vineyard is located in the quaint town of Scottsville, Virginia - just a short and scenic 20 minutes south of Charlottesville. We are situated on over 13 acres of gardens, woodlands and meadows, and offer 7 guest rooms.
Home to Thomas Jefferson's Monticello, the University of Virginia, and more than 30 wineries - Central Virginia and Albemarle County is the perfect spot for a week or a weekend!

We ask for a 50% deposit, or one night's stay to secure a reservation. Cancelations DO sometimes happen - we understand! If you need to cancel, please call us as soon as possible. We give refunds for any reason for a cancelation 10 or more days prior to check-in. Closer to your stay with us, and we will try to rebook the room. If successful, we will issue a full refund of your deposit. We also keep a waiting list for busy weekends - or weekends with a 2 to 3 night minimum for a single night's stay.
