Inn at Hope Springs Farm
As you mount the auspicious stairs of Inn at Hope Springs Farm manor with its over hanging balconies and gaze upon the beauty of Indian Ridge, you enter a world reminiscent of the landed gentry of the past. A place where grace is more valued than deadlines.
Bold, elegantly appointed rooms in warm romantic colors invite you to come in, explore and discover art and antiquity of today and tomorrow: sumptuous silk oriental rugs, gorgeous tapestries, dupioni draperies and duvets, a black baby grand piano, oak, marble and granite flooring, five fire places, a library with hundreds of books, a first floor veranda, a
screened porch, second and third floor private balconies, a back deck that overlooks one pond, a gazebo for bird watching or reading, and all rooms with private baths, TV, cable, and WIFI.
Hope Springs Farm is more than a luxurious inn. It is a real working farm with dogs, cats, alpacas, llamas, laying hens, Pilgrim geese, ponds, barns, pastures, ancient trees, abundant wildlife, and wild grape, black raspberries, and elderberries growing everywhere. Collect your own farm fresh eggs, run with the dogs, kiss a 500 pound llama, swing in a hammock, read a book in the gazebo, catch fish or snooze by the pond ,or try something new like paint pictures, bird watch, or look for Indian artifacts walking a trail. Better yet, touch and feel what only royalty of the past could own--alpaca fleece--and learn all about its investment potential and why it's the fiber of the future.
Want to explore southwest Virginia? Hope Springs Farm is within a hour's drive of many of the sites and activities that make southwest Virginia a destination. Places like VATech, Radford University, Ferrum College, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Chateau Morrisette and Villa Appalaccia wineries, The Crooked Road, The Wilderness Trail, the New River and Fairystone State Parks, and Rocky Knob Trails. There are museums and artisan centers, i.e. the Jacksonville Center, Blue Ridge Music Center, 16 Hands Tour, et. al. And there are historical sites, i.e. Reynolds Homestead, Carter Home, J.E.B. Stuart home, et.al. And of course ,southwest Virginia has beautiful golf courses, plentiful antique malls, and lots of festivals year round.
