Built at the turn of the last century, and located in the heart of the quaint historic district, Bennett House Bed & Breakfast offers our visitors and guests a warm welcome as well as a tranquil retreat from everyday life. We are centrally located within walking distance to shops and restaurants in Old Town Manassas, Virginia.

Bennett House offers guests the ideal setting for a romantic celebration or getaway evening, weekend—or longer.
For our guests traveling on business, we offer accommodations not found at chain hotels.

We offer easy access to the Prince William County courthouse complex, as well as the greater metropolitan Washington, DC area. We are close to Interstates 66 and 95. Old Town Manassas’ historic train depot is served by both Amtrak and the Virginia Railway express—you can skip the traffic to D.C.!

Faithfully restored to its original splendor, Bennett House beckons you with its combination of warmth, hospitality and understated elegance. Our guest rooms feature family antiques as well as reproduction furnishings and either attached or private baths. Each guest room is unique, generously sized and beautifully decorated. The entire home has original hardwood floors, twelve foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central air and heat.

Bennett House B&B offers a full Virginia-style country breakfast served each morning. Our menu changes with the seasons, and is limited only by our cook’s imagination!

Payment may be made by cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Reservations should be made as far in advance as possible to ensure that we can accommodate your travel plans. Deposit is required; cancellation with full refund can be made 10 days in advance. No refund for holiday weekends unless a 14-day notice is given.

Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m. Early check-in is available for guests if you wish to leave their belongings and explore the surrounding area.

There is no smoking inside the house; visitors may smoke on the covered porch or anywhere outside.

Pets are not permitted but may be accommodated at nearby kennels. Please call ahead if you need assistance with boarding your pet.
