Innkeepers, Mike and Kathy Bedsworth look forward to greeting you at their newly restored Bed & Breakfast in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Lynchburg, located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains along the banks of the James River, is also known as the "City of Seven Hills", or "The Hill City." It is also the home of Central Virginia Community College, Liberty University, Lynchburg College, Randolph College, Virginia University of Lynchburg and Sweet Briar College. We look forward to hosting parents, friends, and visitors to our local colleges.
The Carriage House Inn B & B is also a business friendly lodging accommodation. We offer the business traveler high-speed wireless internet access, Fax and copy service, scanning service and meeting space in our library by advance arragements.
It took over four years of restoration work to bring this beauty back to life. While staying at the B and B make sure you take a look at the 'before and after' photos. You will be amazed!
There is so much to see and do while visiting in Lynchburg, but we encourage you to take some time for yourself to just relax on our wraparound front porch with a glass of ice tea and a good book.
The rooms you see today are virtually the same as they appeared over a hundred years ago. Kathy spent numerous hours researching the colors of the late 1800s to give visitors a glimpse of what the rooms looked like in years past. Our next major project will be to convert some of the space in the Carriage House (circa 1911) into a fabulous suite for our guests.

Full refund if cancelled 14 days prior to reservation (less $25) fee except certain event weekends such as graduation weekend which is non-refundable unless we are able to re-book the room (still subject to $25.00 per room per night fee)
