Ivy Creek Farm B&B

We would like to welcome you to the casual elegance of Ivy Creek Farm B&B. Indulge in our warm hospitality, gracious service, and bucolic setting. Ivy Creek Farm B&B, an ten-acre country estate in the city, is just minutes from colleges, shopping, restaurants, and country clubs and fifteen minutes from downtown historic Lynchburg. Featured in November 2009 issues of Lynchburg Magazine and Blue Ridge Country Magazine.  Featured as the Inn for Lynchburg, VA for National Geographic Adventure Magazine 2009 top 100 national adventure sites.

Swim year round in the beautiful indoor heated swimming pool with lap lane and relax in the adjoining whirlpool spa. Share our love of antiques, good reading, fine music, history, nature, art, conviviality, and fine food and wine. Relax on the expansive porches overlooking woods and pond. Watch the local deer and birds. Walk the property. Or venture into the local environs in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains where history, activities and natural beauty abound.

National Geographic Adventure Magazine described Lynchburg, VA as a top adventure destination: "Though geographically Mid-Atlantic, this former home of Thomas Jefferson issues pure southern charm. Lynchburg is surrounded by a hundred-mile (161-kilometer) swath of national forest, rivers, and recreational areas. Summit the nearby Peaks of Otter—Sharp Top, Flat Top, and Harkening Hill—for glimpses of the Blue Ridge Mountains, then hitch a ride along the Bedford Wine Trail, which hits five area vintners."

Enjoy the many other Lynchburg area attractions: Fort Early, Historic Sandusky, Point of Honor, City Cemetery and Blackwater Creek Nature Area and Trails. Appomattox Court House, D-Day Memorial, and the Blue Ridge Parkway are within a short driving distance and Charlottesville, University of Virginia, and Monticello are but an hour away.

At Ivy Creek Farm B&B, our goal is to help you create beautiful memories, whether it's a special occasion, business, or a relaxing escape.
