The Speckled Trout is the designated VIP Home for the Virginia Fly Fishing Festival and host home of the local chapter of Trout Unlimited. In one room, the Lefty Kreh Fly Fishing Library, you can prop your feet up on the grizzly bear rug and read about new ways to outwit a trout.

A credit card number is required to confirm a reservation. Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice before arrival date will result in a one night's room rental charge being processed against the credit card as a cancellation fee. "No shows" (no call or email) will be charged the full amount of the reserved stay (1 night, 2 nights, etc.). Voice mail cancellations are not considered confirmed. We are sorry, but due to our limited number of rooms and the cost of preparing for your visit, we must adhere strictly to this policy unless the room can be rebooked.
