ROSEMARY SAUSAGE STRUDEL
Recipe Submitted by the Beliveau Estate

Spray cooking spray on a large cookie sheet Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Brown:
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 pound bulk sausage

While Browning Add:
2 Tablespoons stone ground mustard
1 Tablespoon fresh or dried rosemary

Unroll a tube of french bread dough onto cookie sheet(I use Pillsbury) Spread with sausage mixture Sprinkle with grated mozzerella or chedder cheese Roll up jelly roll style, starting with long edge Place seam side down and turn under ends

Spread soft margarine over the top
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese

Bake about 20 minutes until golden brown Slice into 6-8 servings
