1 deep dish pie crust, browned
3 large tomatoes sliced thin. Then place in a colander and press out some of the juice
Put tomatoes in browned pie crust, salt, pepper, little garlic and basil
Mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise with 2 cups of cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or asiago work well)
Put this mixture over tomatoes and bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes until cheese is browned. Let cool slightly before slicing.
