BAKED FRENCH TOAST
Recipe Submitted by the Huffman House at Creekside Farm
1 loaf Pepperidge Farm Cinnamon Swirl Bread
3/4Cup dried cranberries
3 Cups milk & 1/2 & 1/2 (1 1/2 cups of each)
2 tsp vanilla
Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Cut bread into cubes (you can do half a loaf at a time using a serrated knife)
Put bread cubes and cranberries into greased pan (mix up).
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk and 1/2 & 1/2 mixture and vanilla.
Pour this over bread cubes and pat down with hands.
Cover with saran wrap and refrigerate overnight.
In morning -
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 40 minutes. It should be puffed up and browned. Serve with butter and maple syrup and enjoy!!!
